Yes, and we recommend it. Whenever possible we run the hands-on parts inside your own repository on a real exercise, so the team practises on the code they actually work in. Before the session we review your context and shape the agenda around your goals and pain points.
We teach how we work
The engineers who build our production AI and Angular work train your team, on your codebase, against your real questions. Pick a topic below and tell us what you need.
Plan a workshopWhat we run
Four areas we work in every day, each shaped to your team and stack. Pick one to start an inquiry, or combine several into a multi-day program. Detailed agendas come once we know your goals.
AI agentic development
Build with AI coding agents inside a real codebase: effective prompting, agent and tool (MCP) setup, review discipline and guardrails, so the team ships faster without losing control of quality.
- Delivery
- On-site or remote
- Duration
- Half-day to a full day
- Audience
- Developers and engineering teams
Topics covered
- Effective prompting and context engineering
- Agent and tool (MCP) setup
- Review discipline and quality guardrails
- Shipping faster without losing control
Formats
AI adoption and processes
Roll AI out across a team or company so it actually sticks: use-case discovery, tooling choices, data safety and policy, and measurable workflows. You leave with an adoption roadmap, not just enthusiasm.
- Delivery
- On-site or remote
- Duration
- Engagement across a few weeks
- Audience
- Engineering leaders and their teams
Topics covered
- Use-case discovery and prioritisation
- Tooling choices and rollout
- Data safety and policy
- Measurable workflows and adoption metrics
Formats
Angular at scale
Patterns that keep a large Angular app fast and maintainable as the team and codebase grow: state architecture, module and dependency boundaries, signals and zoneless change detection, SSR and hydration, testing and CI. Run on your own repository.
- Delivery
- On-site or remote
- Duration
- Half-day to a full day
- Audience
- Mid to senior frontend engineers
Topics covered
- State architecture and data flow
- Module and dependency boundaries
- Monorepo architecture
- Signals and zoneless change detection
- SSR, hydration and performance
- Storybook and mocking
- Testing and CI
- Reviews and agentic development
Formats
Performance and audits
A measured deep-dive into a live app: Core Web Vitals, bundle size, change detection, rendering and network. We find the real bottlenecks, not the guessed ones, and hand back a prioritised plan, often with the first fixes already in place.
- Delivery
- Remote, on your codebase
- Duration
- Scoped per audit
- Audience
- Frontend teams and tech leads
Topics covered
- Core Web Vitals and field data
- Bundle size and code-splitting
- Change detection and rendering
- Network and caching
- A prioritised plan with first fixes in place

Why train with FlowUp
We teach the way we build: hands-on, opinionated and current. The same people who ship production code lead the room.
Taught by working engineers
Your trainers ship AI-assisted, production Angular code every week. You get current tradeoffs and patterns that hold up under load, not slides from last year.
Spoken at 60+ tech events
We have presented at more than 60 conferences and meetups. Explaining hard ideas clearly is something we do constantly, not occasionally.
Official Google Cloud Partner
A Google Cloud Partner since 2019, we train on the same platform and tools we are certified to build on, so your team learns the supported, current way to do things.
Frequently asked questions
What teams ask before they book. Anything else, add it to the form below.
Yes, though we usually advise against cramming too much into a single session. Splitting the material across several focused sessions keeps the team sharp and consistently brings better results than one overloaded day, so we will often suggest a short series rather than a marathon.
From our own delivery work. We only teach what we use every day building production software, so your trainers are the same engineers shipping AI-assisted, Angular and cloud work for real clients. You get current, battle-tested practice rather than second-hand theory, and everything covered maps straight onto the work your team does day to day.
Yes. We regularly work inside client codebases, so signing your NDA before we look at anything is routine for us. Confidentiality is the default whether or not the paperwork is in place.
Both. On-site works well for momentum and team bonding; remote works well for distributed teams. Either way the session is live and interactive, with pairing and live Q and A. It is never a passive recorded webinar.
It depends on the format. Hands-on workshops work best with smaller groups, so everyone gets real pairing time and individual attention. For lectures and remote sessions we do not impose a limit, so you can bring the whole team or several teams at once.
They can be. Remote sessions are easy to record, and you are welcome to record an on-site session yourself, with the recording yours to keep. So anyone who missed it, or who wants a refresher, can watch it back later. The session itself stays live and interactive; the recording is a bonus, not a stand-in for being in the room.
It depends on the topic, the format, and the specific needs we discuss. Usually we handle the preparation ourselves in the few days before the session. Where a topic needs more groundwork, we propose the steps up front, including anything we recommend you set up in advance, so nothing is a surprise on the day.
It depends on the topic, format, length, and group size. After a short scoping call we send a clear proposal with a fixed price or a transparent estimate, so you know exactly what to expect. We are happy to start with a single session and grow from there.
Reach out through the form below, by email, or give us a call. We set up a short scoping call to align on expectations and gather the topics you want covered so we can tailor the content, then agree a date that fits your availability and the preparation time the session needs. From there we confirm the agenda and a clear estimate, and you are booked.
We stay in touch. Many teams keep us on afterwards for individual mentoring sessions, or for time spent working alongside the team, typically within an agreed cap on hours so the scope and the cost stay predictable.
The example code, the slides and notes, a written set of next steps, and the session recording too if arranged beforehand. The goal is for your team to keep applying what they learned without us in the room, so we deliberately leave you with materials you can return to.
