Ship your product fast, adapt to change

You see working software every delivery cycle, steer scope at each review, and never wait months to find out what you bought. We build on Angular, TypeScript and cloud, and you stay in control from first commit to launch.

02How we work · the delivery process

Plan, review, execute, validate

Every feature takes the same path from spec to production: sized so one AI-assisted engineer can deliver it, its plan approved before any code, then cleared through automated guardrails, senior review, QA, and your sign-off on staging, before a fast release.

Delivery processfrom spec to production

The delivery process: a feature is sliced so one AI-assisted engineer can deliver each slice, the plan is evaluated first, the engineer builds with AI agents, then four gates in a row: automated guardrails (browser checks, build, lint, tests, screenshots), senior code review, QA review, and your approval on staging, before a fast release to production.

  1. Planright-sized

    Sliceteam

    Sized for one engineer

A big feature is cut into slices, each small enough for one AI-assisted engineer to deliver.

  2. Plan checksenior engineer

    The plan is evaluated first

Bigger tasks start as a written plan that a senior engineer approves before any code exists.

  3. Buildai-assisted

    Buildai-assisted development

    Engineer plus agents

A senior engineer builds the slice with AI agents drafting and testing in support.

  4. Gatesfour in a row

    Guardrailsautomated

    Machines check first

Browser checks, build, lint, tests and screenshots run on every change, before any human looks.

  5. Reviewsenior engineer

    Senior code review

Only work that passed the guardrails reaches a senior engineer for line-by-line review.

  6. QAqa engineer

    QA takes a pass

QA reviews the feature against the plan and hunts for what automation misses.

  7. Stagingyou

    You try it live

The slice deploys to staging, where you click through the feature and approve it.

  8. Shipon approval

    Shipon green

    Staging to production

Approved work moves from staging to production fast. Everything above already passed.

04Solution

Modern, proven tools in expert hands

Angular on Google Cloud, type-safe end to end. Reliable, modern tools we have run in production for years, not a stack we picked this quarter, so we deliver high-quality software you can rely on.

FRONTEND

Modern Angular

Our default and tool of choice since Angular's alpha: standalone, signals, zoneless, OnPush. A type-safe TypeScript codebase that new engineers can read and extend on day one.

CLOUD

Backend in cloud

As an official Google Cloud Partner we build on cloud, mainly GCP and Firebase (where Search, YouTube and Gmail run). You pay for the compute you use and scale without re-architecting.

PIPELINE

Tested & automated

Unit and end-to-end tests, visual regression snapshots, and type checks, all run by CI/CD on every commit. That automated safety net is what makes shipping often a non-event, not a gamble.

AGENTIC

AI in expert hands

Agentic AI helps us write and review code faster, but every change still clears the same tests, review and CI. It augments our senior engineers, it does not replace them.

05What we build · scope

From MVP to a product

We own the full lifecycle: shaping the idea, validating a new build early, hardening and scaling what exists, and the long-term care that keeps it yours.

DISCOVERY

Discovery and shaping

A short discovery shapes the idea, maps a lean first slice, and de-risks the scope before any production code is written. You start by building the right thing, not the thing you would rebuild a quarter later.

DEVELOPMENT

New products and MVPs

We turn an idea into a working product fast, putting a usable slice in front of real users early so you validate before you invest the rest.

SCALE

Scaling what already works

Have a product that is outgrowing its foundations? We add features, harden the architecture, and tune performance without stalling the roadmap.

CARE

Maintenance and handover

We do not fear maintenance, handover, or training your team. You decide the future of the project, not your vendor. We document, we teach, and we stay as long as you need us.

07Why FlowUp

You see the work happen

Ten years building production Angular. Here is what that buys you.

EXPERTISE

We're experts on our stack

We are Angular specialists with a Google Developer Expert (GDE) on the team, and an official Google Cloud Partner since 2019. We have shipped 50+ projects and shared what we learned at more than 60 tech events.

TRANSPARENT

You see everything

Continuous contact, regular reviews, and a backlog you can see and reorder. You always know what is happening and what it costs, no status-report theatre.

YOUR CODE

You're in charge

Clean, documented, tested code and a team we are happy to train. The goal is a product you could run without us, even though most partners stay for years.

SENIOR TEAM

Experience that stays

Senior engineers carry your project at every stage, and the context they build stays in the team, the codebase and the docs. Experience on your product compounds instead of resetting.

08FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The objections we hear most before a first delivery cycle. Anything else, put it on the form below.

A short, repeating loop: we plan a slice with you, build it with tests and review, demo a working build, and ship. You see real progress every iteration and can reprioritise the backlog at any point. No long spec written in the dark, no big-bang reveal at the end.

Yes, and we usually recommend it. We help you shape a lean first slice, put it in front of users, and let what we learn refine the plan. A rough idea plus a willingness to iterate is enough to begin; the detail emerges as the product does.

You get a working build and a review every iteration, plus a backlog you can see and reorder. Because we ship in small slices, you can stop, pivot, or expand at any boundary. There are no surprises hiding until launch.

You own everything we write. We keep the codebase clean, documented, and tested precisely so handover is painless, and we are glad to train your team. You decide the future of the project, not your vendor.
